Order not Received
I had placed an order with this company on September 9 of this year for a bottle of Wellness Formula (240 tabs) from Lodz, Poland. This order cost about $50 and I was told that it would be about 2-3 weeks to be received here. After 5 weeks I started a series of calls to their customer service number since my tracking never was able to follow the product after it was landing in Warsaw on October 10. The item was supposed to be delivered by DHL courier from Warsaw, and when the parcel did not come I tried to track it from Warsaw using my U.S. tracking number but found out that these numbers are changed once hitting Poland and I could not get the foreign tracking number from DHL, nor was there a phone number to try and resolved that problem. When I complained to Lucky Vitamin I was told that my general sending rate did not qualify for any help. I need help in getting Lucky Vitamin to intervene with DHL in the U.S., or abroad, to give me tracking number for Poland. Either that, or I would like a refund on this product which I needed for health reasons.

Dishonest company
Lucky Vitamin customer service is terrible! I have ordered from this company for 2 years and just recently have had issues. I ordered products totaling over $250 and it took over three weeks to get here. I called and was put on hold for over 25 minutes. When I finally spoke to someone he said that it had shipped days ago and that I should be receiving it. I did receive it after almost a month. Just this past week I got on the phone after a hold of 15 minutes and talked with their representative about a voucher issue that did not go through on a recent order, but got nowhere with Jetta (mentioned above). I then asked to speak to the supervisor who has yet to return my call. I am a medical practitioner and have referred many people to Lucky Vitamin. Some have had the same problems with shipping and customer service and others have not. Needless to say, I will not be supporting nor referring customers to this company ever again!
