I had booked a ticket - Frankfurt - Dresden - Frankfurt for 14 th may - 17 th may respectively

Total ticket cost was 411 Euros - a refundable class ticket

The 14 th may - Frankfurt - Dresden flight was cancelled at the last minute and i was given a second class train ticket after waiting a line for 2 hours ( cost of ticket - 70 euros )

I cancelled the ticket on on line same day ... while travelling in the train . I have asked for refund of unused sector

A complain and communication was lodged for non reciept of refund on 24 th May 2018 .. Complaint ID 3189 1289

No refund recieved as yet in spite of 2 reminders

I booked this flight and then booked Bassinet including the seat. I paid USD 70 extra for the Bassinet. In the second leg of the journey, I did not get any Bassinet and most annoying thing is the flight crew including the Captain behaved so rude. The captain threatened my wife with two kids (8 months and 7year old kids) to unboard. It was the most disgusting experience. Never again Lufthansa.
why was my money taken to cofirm a seat and a bassinet? and not provide in flight. If you do not have why book it? More over such bad and rude behaviour of the staff will let you down.
