after installation of a bamboo hardwood floor by a contractor for our local lumber liquidator store, the flooring buckled. Several attempts were made to both lumber liquidator and the subcontractor to have the problem corrected to know avail. In talking with a local contract we were advised that do to the nature of the type of flooring there is no way that the present floor could be fixed. It would literally have to be removed and a new floor reinstalled. This matter has been going on now for approximately 6 months.

Several phone calls to the Lumber Liquidator Store in our area where it was purchased where never followed up by the company. When the flooring was purchased the manager of lumber liquidator gave the name of an installer to use, which we did. When the problem was discovered calls were made to both lumber liquidator and the installer. Nothing was done to correct the problem.
