I had ordered LUMINESS AIR and retuned the unopen package in November 2018...I am still waiting on my refund. When I was trying to return the junk, I was given sooooo much run-around....each time I spoke to them, they provided me with different set of return numbers for confirmation on the return. I am continuously disputing this charge with my credit card company. BE AWARE people, save yourselves the problem...this is a SCAM!!!

Hey Ladies, I feel ur pain.....they sent me to collections while the darn thing sat in the box waiting for an RA# which is almost impossible to get! Anyway, THE RETURN ADDRESS IS:

I was not informed that there would be regular shipments of nearly $60, This is disclosed after you place the initial "free trial with no shipping charges." When you check out it says $19.95. After completing the the order, it says $4.98 for handling. I wouldn't have been bothered by this charge if it had been disclosed before completion. I have tried and tried to reach customer service and it has a mechanical voice saying all circuits are busy try again. I do not want the additional shipments without my approval. I am sorry I ordered this product, and would like to cancel if I could get some real live person on the line. I heard that the product is very good, so why use these business practices. I would love to try it if there were a real free trial and then order what I want when I want it. I have also read about price overcharges, randomly, and that worries me a lot. If you can't reach them, how can you talk to someone quickly when money is taken out of my account.

What a horrible company! Customer Service is in the toliet. 1) I waited and waited for my order; after 2 weeks I called the company; waited about 15 minutes for them to answer; and finally they sent my order which took another week to arrive, 2) color matching-well I called and called; finally went on the site and sent them a pic; no reply-the foundation called "tan" is really RED, not TAN. 3) After reviewing the CD-watching on-line attempting various methods and color combinations I tired of looking like a cupie doll and 4) tried for another week to get a return number; UGH; AGAIN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally now wasting another hour phone calling; emailing and going on line; somehow I did get a number.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE-DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME.

A much better make-up and company I found is Mineral Fusion. Beautiful natural looking; fast delivery (days not weeks) and blends flawlessly. I love it.
