SCAM ALERT!!

Luxury Holiday International was Vacation Getaway in Dec. 2014. They are running the same scam and have done it thru 8 other names. Gold Crown Resorts, Luxury Leisure Collection, Global Travel Services, Signature Integrated travel systems, Diamond leisure collection, Registry select international and Royal residence club. They changed their name- stayed in the same place across from Costo in Cabo San Lucas and running the same scam as they have for years.

We were scammed out of $6503.00 in Jan. 2015. I have since filed a complaint with the Mexican government PROFECO, the FTC, the FBI, the IRS the US District Attorney and my State's Attorney General. I have been in arbitration with my bank since January (3 months) with no refund. They will cancel your "membership" no problem. But you may never see your money again. They are running a billion dollar scam and hiding in the US under virtual offices and changing names to cover their tracks.

They say if you "cancel" with PROFECO it will be handled by their "legal department". I demanded names of their legal department for my attorney (gave them her name/number) and suddenly they want to talk to me! There is NO legal department. It is a bunch of cowards who hide behind smoke and mirrors. PROFECO is the Mexican Consumer Protection Agency. They arbitrate with LHI, but have no real authority to do anything. The only hope is to get your bank to reimburse the money due to fraud. Very expensive lesson... This is a federal crime that is fleecing people around the world. The FBI needs to go in and destroy.
