RE: not issuing UIF documents

I was retrenched as at the end of February 2021. The company has not issues my UI19, salary schedule or retrenchment letters. I have been emailing and messaging the company HR person and the CEO and keep getting told the CEO isnt available to sign the documents and he wont allow any of the other directors to sign. The company does not abide by the BCEA and tends to do their own thing. I am frustrated as its now the second month that i have not had an income due to LVSA not issuing my documents. This is unacceptable, the company should be liable for my loss of income in the last two months due to their negligence.
