Item Out For Delivery but not yet delivered

DEAR PUSAT MEL NASIONAL,

my item marked out for delivery since 16th Nov, but until.now havent arrived.

complained to AskPos they replied ' our staff are currently trying to locate ur item ' WHAT DO THEY MEAN? is the item missing? dont we have the barcode to locate the item? the tagging etc?

unconclusive response from Pos Malaysia.. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE this time around.

Need feedback ASAP!!!
