No Service - Tickets raised for this issue - 52319984
I have recharged my mobile phone (+1 646-247-1209) on 2nd Jan 2017 and then No Service issue started since 3rd Jan afternoon on wards.
I even tried using this sim card with a different mobile phone but still there is No Service at all. Even I am not able to place any calls nor do I receive any calls.
I have been using this sim card with the same mobile phone for the past 1 month. I never had any issues.
The issue has been reported 5 days back (raised on 3rd Jan evening) to Lyca Mobile Customer Care and continue taking follow up with them from another alternate no (+1 646-247-0597) because there is NO Service in my mobile and also sent follow up mails to you as well.
As per latest call with Jennifer (from Customer Care), she said that Network team has checked and found that they are able to reach to my no. But I didn't understand that how they are able to reach me without Network Service on my mobile.
For your reference here attached few screen shots of my mobile. It could help you to understand the issue and how difficult it is to be without network coverage.
Please provide a new sim card(with the 29$ recharge amount that I paid) or refund my 29$ recharge amount.
It is highly disappointing. I request to take the URGENT action in the issue.
