Hi team,

I have paid the money(~A $10) to Lyca mobile over web on 29-Jun. I got the email that with Ref no and Order Number. Till today (4-Jul) no response from Lyca. Instead recently i called up Lyca customer service team and they told me that, they are not be able to see my order number from their end in system. Respective person told me that, their Sales team working on this request and they will deliver the SIM card very shortly, infact told me that, he promised to me, they deliver the SIM by 2nd Jul or 3rd Jul'18 month. today is 4th July no response from Lyca mobile team. Also when i am try to track the my order request over web, i am still getting the message that, "No records found". Not sure where is the issue. Extremly Lyca mobile cheating people with out giving any time lines, when they deliver the product as well. I am really doubt that, is Lyca mobile is not be in market so long. It's like a children game.

Also, if want to reach customer service person, it is so pathetic and you need to wait at least an hour to reach them. Finally if you ask any question, respective customer service representative will say we don't have that data as a first instance. This is totally hurt me. I will make this escalation to telecom regulatory of Australia for sure. Also we may not get any reference number for complaint as well. I have raised one complaint already with Lyca mobile team, no reference number so far.
