Beware of Lyca Mobiles in Australia



I am eager to share my experience with Lyca mobiles in Australia.

I made a blunder mistake by joining Lyca Mobiles, Net work and the Call quality is extremely poor, I reported this to lyca customer Care on 28.02.2015, next day call back was promised burt nothing happened instead my complaint was closed marked finalised no issue found with net work. I rang Lyca mobiles and was forced to wait in que 54 minutes and 49 seconds, this indeed was frustrating and outrageous. I Expressed my deep disatisfaction with Lyca Customer Care Team supervisor and requested I be connected to one of the Manager in Their head office. I received a call 15 minutes later from the Supervisor Balji who offerered me conference call with Lyca complaint department and ans a useless complaint handler Aamir took all the details and promised me a call back next but nothing happened which was disappointed. I e mailed to Complaint section and Nancy paul assured of me of a complete investigation asnd reply. Initially Lyca edenied any problem with the net work but nancy paul so called Complaint Manager confirmed there was a net work issue. So here Lyca staff were contradicting with each other.

After all this you will realise that Lyca has incompetent Managers absolute waste of the space. I warn dear all to think many times before joining Lyca mobile and those who are unhappy I encourage them to Name and shame lyca and take their number to another carrier.
If you wan t Extremely Poor Customers service, bad net work and want to hear lies than enjoy with lyca. I note that Lyca has accepted a liablity that my concerns carries weight but are not willing to do anything about it
