I just realized my complaint didnt post on the website. Please search for it before you use M. Gucci limo. i actually have to tell this whole story again. This comapny showed up at a friends house in what they said was an upgrade from the limo my friend who was the groom ordered. They came i n a stretch Range Rover. I swear what I am about to say is total truth and we have video and photos that I will try and add later after I upload them from our phones and flip videos or feel free to contact me for proof. I have nothing to gain from this accept to warn you. The sunroof was covered in gray construction tape. The limo was filty inside with stains and dents and even had some goop hanging from the ceiling. mold, smoke odor, tv didnt work but we didnt even care, the AC didnt work, the speakers were brfoken, the ipod holder was tapped together. It looked, felgt and smelled like the thing just got back from a 20 year olds bachellor party and the limo driver let them do whatever they wanted. the limo was not fit for ANYTHING. The groom had agreed to 450 for aq stretch and was asked to pay 700 dollars on the wedding day right on the spot. After he refused to pay for the service unless the limo was swapped out for a cleaner one to pick up the bride and bridesesmaids an enormous amount of run around was given by the company owner Nick, who even threatened to not only not drop off the bride but to not let her out of the car unless he was paid. I swear to God I dont know how the groom stayed calm and it wasnt untill the best man called and informed Nick that several of us were Law enforcement and that what he was doing was illegal from overcharging a service not requested and then unlawfully imprisonment of the bride that nick changed his tune. The bride was dropped off an hour late for photos, the groom could not get a strait answer from the driver who was blaming Nick and informed him he would be in touch with nick about the matter. The groom actually gave the driver 500 dollars which I would have given NOTHING and kept more cool than ive even seen him. Now, the best man got a phone call on his cellphone telling him to stop slamming M. Gucci limo service. First off its me and not him and second off if you boys are reading this, follow some of youre own wanna be mobster advice and make sure you know who you threaten before you threaten law enforcement. How far do you wanna take this? That crap happens again and legal actions will be the best case senario to play out to you. I am so shocked with this complaint. I booked M Gucci Limo on two different dates. My family and I were very happy with their service. On top of the great service the deal the owner Nick gave us was great. The first time I booked M Gucci Limo for my wife's bachelor party. She and her friends had an awsome time. Their driver was great and they had lots of fun. I also booked them for our wedding day. We had two limos. Both drivers were very professional and the deal Nick gave us was great. We shopped around for 2 months and we got the best deal from M Gucci Limo. Mike, although I don't know you it sounds hard to believe that the bride was kept under imprisonment. I guess you never know but for a limo company that books jobs based on the reviews of different clients and based on their reputation i strongly doubt M Gucci Limo would provide such horrible service for a couple on their special day. I can trully say I was very happy with M Gucci Limo and I would recommend them to everybody for their great service and great deals. Thanks- Jack
