Unwanted delivery of Cosmo

Started to receive Cosmopolitan Mags out of the blue - without any notice nor OK. I have no idea who these people are and how they got my info.
I am sickened at the fact these scam artists have been at this for years and are not shut down!!!!
What does it take - over 350 complaints on the BBB site!!! I called that number 866-441-1281 as many of you have only to be sent around the entire option menu NEVER speaking to a human - which is exactly what they wanted.
Some one - somewhere shut these criminals down!!!
