I was very angry and upset about the services at Macdonald section 13 (Shell) and this was the second time and today it was about food & services. I made the order on the screen earlier and I also told to counter name is rizal(manager)the chicken that I wanted it to be spicy keel & rib.. he casually told me the chicken if we had to and had to wait. This is macdonald 24 hours instead of the mall closing at 10pm and why he said if have we give.I could wait and no problem for me.But when I told him I was curious and strange why water coke and fries were slow to get to the table.I was told it was just chicken. The 1 point you make big mistakes is because the fries are not fresh and burger but because we are hungry we eat.We also find it strange why no chickens are sending in once to why we have to send them all at once whether new chickens are cooking and whether or not there is when we wait for 35 minutes and we find out what I ordered is wrong and also we get the wrong chicken part. I told the female manager in charge that time. I told you what I wanted and why you send wrong !!! I didn't have to wait and if nothing was better I took 2 chickens instead of 3 chickens if one was wrong. I want refund for my entire order because of the very poor service and we were disappointed because all the food was served cold and not like macdonald giant shah alam.I need refund because i get sent the balance chicken i didnt eat to manager and i told her i will do letter sent to HQ and want the refund.Please call me 0172897400
