The same thing happened to me. I kept getting threatening phone calls asking me to remove my post, if they continue I will contact an attorney as they have no rights to record any conversations without my permision.

The before sale service is excellent, the selection is excellent the aftersale is APPALLING!. Also beware as the sizes given on the website are not at all accurate. My dress arrived 4" smaller on all dimensions even though I emailed my measurments and was told which size to buy. I did not receive any free accessories, and all my emails where ignored. BEWARE!!! They would not refund even though it was there fault. Luckily mastercard are dealing with the refund for me.
