I had an accident that happened at work I did report it and also do have my test result ho proof it
As Mt previous employer retrenchment me I went and fetch my uif documents from the office and there I also asked him please for my wci 2 accident report forms for the workman's compensation fund so that I can had it in and submit my claim for accident on duty sp he said I donr have to worry about that he already finished the documents and he already sended to department of labour to submitbmy claim then on June 2022 I went to labout to find out hge status of my claim I founded out Ha did lay to me all a long he never sensed my documents at all so I went to department of labour and I reported him so they asked me for documents that I have ti get and sertify and then hand them in and so I got everything together stratified everything and o did hand in my documents on the 20th November 2022 and then Charles phoned previous employer for the wci 2 accident forms then Rita Jardin says no the lady that worked with it is already on leaf if we can maybe call again after the 10 then she wil he.back and get the forms ready was there on the 25 January 2023 Charles phoned again and they have had new excuses and refuses to give me my wci 2 documents and ghen she said after a wile okay she wil get it ready and send it to Charles and ever since know March 2023 I did not get any feedback from the department of labour if I call them they don't at all pick up the landime at all and I am women alone walking almost 10 km until our department of labour if I get there the say sorry we can't help you know and if Charles helpes me he phones my previous employer again after she has lied when she said she wil send it to Charles and she never does and still department of labour herein welkom has not done anything about my previous employer laying and does not want to give my documents because ne is hiding and laying about more things like not been registered to the workman's compensation funds and according to the law every business and hos employees must be registered at ghe workman's compensation fund and that's wa6 he does not want ho give me mj wci 2 documents because he is scared of getting caught out for taking the law into his own hands and makes his.own rules and and I was robbed 2 times wile walking women alone go labour department to find out what's going on because they don't answer their landlines at all please and I am still waiting on feed ack from Charles he said he wil call me an nothing yet until know please k rdaly ask for help please
