In May 2016 I paid my Macy's bill in and today December 20 I received letter from collection office that I owe Macy's $69.74. I called Macy's and told them that I paid in full and never received any other bill. They told me that there was unpaid $6.00 fee with late fee. Macy's is collecting a lot of money from unexpecting customers. This is scam
