horrible customer service/fraud
This company is ridiculous! I made two purchases on this account in the 3 years I have had it. I paid them as soon as they were made. I then receive a letter stating that my account is being sent to collections because of the payment due, but I never received a statement and I never made a purchase. I then attempted to contact them and keep being sent to places in India and the Phillipines, I cannot understand the people I am talking to and they refuse to send me to a manager and keep asking for many different types of identity verification despite me stating I am uncomfortable sharing this much information with someone, especially when they do not speak English and it is my right to be able to understand the people trying to take my money and I should have a right to be helped in dealing with fraudulent activities on my credit card/credit. No one was of any help, the agent put me on hold while breathing and sniffling into the phone and then refused again to transfer me to a manager or provide me with any contact information of anyone. I called every number I could find and there is no one in the United States the helps with this. I will go to a Macy's store and cancel the card, and I am reporting this to every agency I can, and demanding I am reimbursed these funds.
