Macy's is charging an unauthorized $2 min interest fee to zero balance accounts. They moved all accounts over to paperless billing and are not notifying account holders about the charge. When account holders call Macy's to discuss the charge they cannot explain it, repeating saying its relates to previous or pending purchase but the account does not have any previous or pending purchase. I had not used my credit card in a handful of months therefore did not realize these charges where occurring. When I finally realized and called Macy's they could not explain the charges and said they would remove them immediately and apologized. I was notified by Experian that they claimed 30 days late delinquency and it negatively affected my Fico score. I checked again today and there is a $4 balance, claiming late payment again.
