I found out late tonight that I had to apply for the Worry No More voucher before the end of 2-19-18 as the delivery date of my sofa was 11-19-10. It took at least 20 minutes to locate the website. I found one for Bloomingdales but not for Macys until I accidently found the correct one. After filling out the form, I attempted to submit it and the info disappeared. I finally filled the form out for the third time and was informed it was too late to submit it for a voucher. It was a few minutes after midnight. I find this very upsetting. The website itself does not come up when you enter it as www.worry-no-more.com as was shown on the instructions for applying for the voucher. Furthermore, the sales person described this as a refund of the money it cost, not a store credit for furniture, bedding or area rugs. The 800 # on the instructions, 800-919-6229 does not work! What a waste of time and money! The very small cleaning products in the pkg. and the cheap sponges and synthetic cleaning squares were worth about $5.00 not $100.00. I will be very surprised if Macy's contacts me. If they do not, I will never purchase anything from this store in the future.
