A two dollar bill. No monthly bill. Paid in full. They reduced my credit line from 1,600.00 to 165.00 because of 2 dollars I did not know about.
A customer of over 20 years. About 15 Years ago I had financial trouble but they hung with me. This time it was a stupid oversight and no visible bill. WTF

I charged one item in July in 2017. I never received a statement and a letter shows up 5months later with late fees. Lady said they emailed a statement and that we approved. Then she told me they canceled my card. Been customers for over 30 years and always received statements in mail. After several phone calls they removed late fees and I paid only for the money due for my purchase. I had to make more calls to make sure fees were removed. I was assured I would get a statement with zero balance. I get a $2.00 min payment due like all the others. This has been the most frustrating and upsetting experience. Back to the many phone calls!! Something illegal is happening!!
