I purchased two couches a little over two years ago and noticed just a little after a year that the material was piling. Due to COVID, I did not feel comfortable asking someone from customer service to come and take a look at the issue and was not certain what to do. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of the fabric. My husband and I are elderly and do not have any pets. We do not abuse or excessively use our furniture so I am shocked that the material would not stand up to gentle use. For the price we paid for new couches from a reputable store, I greatly disappointed. I would like to have this issue addressed and would appreciate someone from customer service reaching out to me so that this can be resolved.
