Denied service
I paid for for worrie no more furniture insurance. I process my claim. I received an email stating my claim has been denied, due to numerous of stains. I noticed the beginning of the month there was stains that were not there before. That’s when I reach out to the insurance I purchased, worrie no more. Worrie no more email me denying me further service. I considered myself a valued customer. I purchased a sofa, mattress and a bedroom set. I’m not being treated like a value customer. Please look into this matter. Sincerely Octavia Harrison.
