I’ve had a Macy’s credit card for about 25 years. I use it sparingly and pay it off in full when the bill comes every month. I didn’t pay attention to the bill as it was $9(i thought)& came over email. I realized I had gotten a late fee on top of a two dollar finance charge. Finance charge an interest for what?A Zero balance? This is obviously criminal And I don’t know how they get away with it. I do see this complaint all over the Internet. I hope an attorney reads this that’s able to guide the group of us into some type of class action lawsuit to stop them. I know it’s already cost me about $50. Why did I pay it? Who has time to fight a charge of two dollars? But, It’s gotten so out of hand. Time to do something about it.
