Lift chair will not lift or raise/lower foot rest. Chair is in fifth year of 7 year worry no more premium contract. Claim denied, they did not even have someone come out to look at the chair. Contract states mechanical and electrical defects are covered. All they do is deny claims and you have no recourse, they closed my claim, will not respond when contacted by email. Macy's should be ashamed to use a company like this.

We purchased worry no more furniture protection plan through Macy’s for $400 good for 7 year coverage ends 2021. We were advised by sales rep that any accidental damage including but not limited to cuts,rips and stains will be covered. Bought it in 2014 gently used. I went to file a claim I was denied stating it’s due to normal wear and tear. No physical examination was done. Reps on phone were quite loud. I disagree with decisions and am forced to send email to dispute department. If that was the case I wouldn’t have paid extra money for the bogus coverage. Please help!
