We bought furniture from Macy’s in 2014. Sales rep sold us warranty for $400 stating it would cover any accidental cuts, stains etc. Gently used furniture I went to submit a claim for the first time getting a run around no physical person to even call back. They denied my claim without physical examination and I keep explaining to them. Very disappointing Service.
