Macy's....I was a long time customer. Bought shoes, on line with my Macy's card. Recently converted to an 'AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD'...Don't USE IT!!!!!!! after 4 (four) months.....I get a Bill in the mail...I am 4 (Four ) months behind on my payments for $60 shoes. I never received a BILL!!!!
I now owe $320.... pay immediately...
I did...and....am still paying $1.00 charge on the 'CANCELED ACCOUNT'.
It get's better...My Credit rating.....was 823...is now 740....
YES! I did call both Macy's...and their new friends 'AMERICAN EXPRESS'........
All I can say is....good luck, best wishes, never, EVER ...deal with these people/ machines again
