Worry No More Warranty sold by Macy's is totally fraud...I feel strongly that if an attorney filed a class action lawsuit against Macy's it would be well worth their efforts...millions have been ripped of from trusting customers

I have a zero balance on my Macys acct. yet I have received a fee of $1 in my new statement. This has happened to me in the past and I didn't catch it at first because I was carrying a balance, but when I was had a zero balance because I paid off what I bought that's when I noticed. I spoke to a cashier about the fee and the person said that is the new charge card policy and that it had been going on for a while. I was really pissed. I called customer service to ask for a reason. They denied I was being charged. I told them I better not see another dollar fee charge on a zero balance. I received a dollar fee on the following billing cycle with a zero balance. I will be closing this account.
