I purchased a leather chair and sofa from macys in September 2020. I also purchased a worrynomore warranty for pet damage given I had a new puppy in my home. My puppy did chew a leg og the chair so I contacted worrynomore to submit a claim. After a two month wait for a service technician finally in August I was told the damage would be covered. Just this week I received a denial of coverage given the damage was due to owner neglect. I paid $368 for this warranty and it is a complete scam.

Turns out Macy’s worry no more warranty doesn’t really cover anything it’s just a big scam.You were better off taking your money and burning out in the parking lot.
