I usually do not buy insurance but since it was Macys telling me about this plan I trusted them to be truthful . It also took several calls and then an unfriendly website to register for the refund (voucher).

Macys should be ashamed. They should also be required to give customers a copy of the voucher rules.

My advice DO NOT SHOP AT MACY'S.
