I have a Macy worry no more warranty. I called the company, sent them pictures, they sent a technician out to see the damage. The technician said he would come back to fix the table, and the next day we get an email denying the claim! Why would we be told by the technician in our home that he will fix it, and then the company denies the claim. Its a scam. My damage is covered under the warranty, I did everything they required, the warranty is still viable, the tech said it was under warranty and would come back, and then I am denied. Thats totally unethical.
