I purchased Worry No More from Macy's 7 years ago


I was looking at my paperwork and I sent in my paperwork on March 3rd which was 2 days late as the warranty states after 7 years you have 90 days to send in a request to get my voucher.

Well, do you think I could remember the 90 days after 7 years...they now say I have to go back to Macy's to complain...

Anyone else have this problem...it is a scam...should of never given them my extra money for protection on my sofa and now I find out it is only a credit towards something else...

I have a very bad experience, when we bought a Sofa at Macys Aventura store ,sales check # 28710650 on 05/21/2017.
the sales person offer us from " MACYS OFFERS YOU THE BEST FURNITURE PROTECTION " * 5 year of WORRY FREE USE OF YOUR FURNITURES * MOST EXTENSIVE COVERAGE IN THE INDUSTRY * EASY TO USE MOBILE APP WITH 24/7 CLAIM FILING .IMPORTANT INFORMATION ALSO IN THE BROUCHOURE . WE CLEAN, WE REPAIR, WE REPLACE.

This is totally misleading information to make you invest $168.00 dollar with no Reals value , for the customer and what is being false advertise and publicized in their brochure. I did all the steps to do my claim and it was not approved because its doesn't cover " Free use of your Furniture " and " Extensive Coverage in the industry.

i would like any Consumer Protection Agency take all of this false advertising and misleading information that is costing a lot to consumer. There are many Claim with the same concern , and Macys and the Worry Nomore warranty should be band and discontinue for false representation of what the warranty should cover as " publicize printer brochure . I would like to follow up my claim to my satisfaction and other consumer satisfaction . False, and taking customer money without any responsibility . I would like my money back , I did not get what was contracted in the WorryNomore false Protection .
