After 3 months of free trial, they automatically charged $72 without any permission from us. Please stop the subscriptions and refund to us?

I have a charge of $42.00 withdrawn from my account that was not authorized.

I called, was put on hold and abandoned on the phone for hours.

Please refund my money in the amount of $42.00 immediately and never charge or bill me again!!!

I never ordered the O magazine, and I have 2 charges of $18.00 each charged to my avenue card, they will not allow m to fax the statement to prove it,they keep saying they are going to have someone call me,again I had to call back today, they refunded $18 but not the other charge, I am going to have to close my Avenue account to insure I never get charged again. they are impossable on the phone to talk to as well.

This is an outrage.

I picked out magazines as I thought I would not be charged. People magazine was $121.00 I couldn't belive this I cancelled ALL magazines and was still charged for them on my credit card. This is unacceptable and I want my refund. Linda McKinney

On last year I cancelled my subscription during the time my mother was in Hospice with an option to continue magazines @ a lower rate. So your company continue to debit my account which at that time I was not aware of the charges as I continue to care for my 91 years old Dad.
It was definitely my fault that I didn't pay attention, lost my Dad few months ago, so since 2012 I have really been going through a lot of bereavement and was taken advantaged of.
I need all of the magazines cancelled and all of my money refunded. I will forward this to BBB as well.

I had commented before that they were going to credit for the overdraft charges, they refuse to now, They did credit everything on all the magazine charges. They stated to me that I had went on a website a gave all of my information. I did not do that, this company is a bunch of thieves. The wont refund charges of overdraft being that it was done on the internet. He kept telling me to read the info on the site. They couldnt give a direct link as to where these transpired only that it was my information. He practically called me a liar. Their customer service # is 1-877-294-6899. This is for everyone because it is hard to get this number. they also claim they dont ask for a phone number. When I first called their 800# it said to me the number that I am calling from is different from the number that they have on record. This company needs shut down. Isnt our president screwing our economy bad enough w/o having businesses do this to us to.
