Renewal charge

Charged for magazine renewal ,magazine already cancelled,called customer service 1800-586-7043,told money would be put back,asked them to please delete all of my information,was told it was done,money returned to card, taken back out again the next day! I called again,twice, automated system transferred me,call hung up,finally spoke to human,explained,told money would be put back again,again asked for all of my information to be deleted,especially my card information,again reassured it was being deleted,hopefully I get my money back,will send complaint to TMobile Tuesday’s,they should investigate companies they offer deals from,Cinnabon and Magazine’s.com.
