الى السيد رئيس المصرية الاتصلات الاستاذ عادل حامد تحية طيبة وبعد هناك عدم استقرار فى خدمة الانترنت لدى من شهر 2 وحلت مؤقتا وعاودت بالظهور فى شهر 8 و9 حيث كان خط الانترنت سئ بيفصل ويشتغل اكتر من خمسين مرة ووصلت من الرئيسى مفيش فايدة الفنين بينزلو يعالجو المشكلة مؤقت وترجع تانى وخدمة الدعم الفنى وادارة الشكاوى
مبيعملوش حاجة كلامهم متناقض كل واحد براى بيقولولى كل قسم يخلص فحص يرمى المشكلة على القسم الى بعدة كلام متناقض
والى يقول هناك تناقض بين السيتم وكلام العميل حيث اان السيتم شايف ان مفيش مشاكل عندك والخط ممتاز والسرعة واصلالك وحضرتك بتقول انة فية عدم استقرار
روحت للسنترال المعادى 1 شارع 7 وقدمت طلب لمدير السنترال بضرورة تغير سلك الحرارة لان بة لحام الفنى جية مفيش مشكلة ياباشا فى السلك ودة لحام صغير
ولم يهتم احد وهناك مشاكل فى السنترال من ناحية الخط والاسلاك
