Having a bad experience with this company at the moment, we paid nearly £1500 for 22, 000 leaflets to be delivered week starting 16th Jan and from our checks no-one has received one! I doubt whether any have even been delivered. We will keep you all informed. BEWARE!!

We paid this company a lot of money to deliver 7500 flyers solos door to door and they have not delivered a single one of them!! This was back in mid January 2011.

Were a small business in the local community and did about a thousand ourselves last year and had loads of responses, so for 7500 to have gone out and not get one phone call is simply impossible!!

We took it upon ourslves to knock some of the doors and email our existing landlords in the roads where the distribution was meant to take place and included in the report they compiled and not a single person out of 50 houses had seen or recieved our flyer.

The communication with the MD Caroline Po$#*! is non existant and she is extremley rude and not accomodating in anyway at all, most unhelpful and passed the buck! We are still arguing with this company 3 months later and are awaiting a part refund for our distribution and have now waited 3 weeks for the cheque to arrive.

Not sure what we can do really, have reported them to the Devon Trading Standards.

Us too - 39, 0000 leaflets. We have asked them to prove how many people they had delivering leaflets in our area and for how long as it is just not credible that they have delivered them. Caroline Pococks daughter, Katie Grey acts as their so called 'paralegal' even althought she is only a final year student at the University of the West of England Law School. They also have an in-house solicitor advocate, Gareth Rosser-Davies. We have reported Garether Rosser-Davies to the SRA as we do not believe it is within the SRA's code of conduct for solicitors for him to be representing a company with so many outstanding and apparently unpaid county court judgements against them. All looked ok from the outset and they reeled us in, but then we realised these are true con-artists. They should not be allowed to trade as they do not do the job at all. Simply cowboys. Please avoid. Any ideas of how to reclaim payment or take to court?

I would be interested in talking to a bunch of people about talking them to court in a class action. I do not believe there is any point taking them to the small claims court as it would appear that they have outstanding claims against them that they haven't paid. I understand that Mrs Caroline Pocock and her daughter (and so called 'paralegal') Katie Grey have made a lot of money out of this business. I have also reported their in-house solicitor advocate, Gareth Rosser-Davies to the SRA as I do not believe that he is acting within the SRA code of conduct for solicitors to continue to represent a company that appears to have no respect for the due process of law.
