I was booked on the flight today and could not make it despite having got the booking confirmation, I lost out my meeting scheduled tommorw, also have to stay additional day, and the travel up and down the airport and the mental harassment for both me and my wife who was trying to reach the make my trip staff who kept us on hold on phone for several hours,

Highly irresponsible company, i personally spoke to Ms.KamalDeep than Deepa and Harish, who kept asking me to hold so that they could reach their boss Ms Sonali Battacharya or Nirmal who never came on call.

First they tale that they did not receive the payment, when i produced the bank statement they kept me on hold and i missed my flight.

Attached is my bank statement of payment of 17256/- made on 22nd June for my flight today evening at 6.45 pm i.e 26th June.
