Refund not received-Make my trip
I am Amita Mahale. I had booked 3 air tickets online from Pune to Ahmedabad (Spice Jet) for Dec 28, 2014 via Make my trip. The flight was subsequently cancelled by the Airlines and since then I have been following up for the refund to my account. The response from your side has been extremely insensitive. I have only got false assurances and fake sms from your side saying it would be done within 2-3 working days. I do not understand this delay in crediting the amount to my account. It has been a horrible experience dealing with you and I request you to kindly have the courtesy to respond and credit the amount at the earliest. My booking Id is

Refund of money for non issuance of ticket
Dear Sir,
I am aggrieved at the appalling customer service and complete fraudulent practises of your company.
I had tried to book a ticket through your website for CCU - SIN for me and my family. The payment went through but your website wasn't able to generate the tickets. I later went on to book the tickets through singaporeairlines.com directly. The message on your website after taking the money Rs 80,852 from my credit card (***********1003) stated
Sorry. We could not book your ticket

After your customer service representative assured me on multiple times that the refund has been processed, nothing has come through even now even though more than 30 days has passed.
Is this how you deal with clients?
Please process my refunds immediately otherwise I will be contacting the press about how you cheat your customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE have lost patience in follow up
This is make everyone aware that we screwed our honey moon trip to Mauritius miscommunication and bad coordination with local vendors Our trip had all facilities included but we couldnt avail any of them as there no prior information sent to local tour organisers.It complete traumatic situation for us as we lost all money and now they are not refunding us back we have been following up from last 1 months now .I request for urgent help in this matter.We have been tortured a lot and we cant bear anymore.Those people never reply back to mail .We are chasingCHARU RAMPAL KAMIYA KUMAR BUT NO ONE REVERT PLEASE HELP US IN GETTING OUR MONEY BACK FOR FACILITIES WE DINT AVAIL.
