In reference to Booking ID US1508B4S000688 . I had cancelled my tickets with MakeMyTrip and I was charged $250 as cancellation fees.

I requested makemytrip to provide me with an Invoice stating amount charged for cancellation and Following was the reply i got from makemy trip:

"Dear Mr. GHOTRA ,

Greetings From MakeMyTrip!

Kindly accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.
With the reference to your request we will be unable to provide Invoice receipt PDF in email for cancellation ." -:Ghawar Loyal

It is amazing that there is no explanation as to why they cant provide me a invoice of the money they have charged me. It feels like a scam and they have not provided me with any reason as well.

I missed my flight - indigo airlines on 17/10/2014 due heavy traffic jam in Katmandu Ghat section.
My flight details are NN230119553078 - from delhi to katmandu and back from katmandu to delhi.
Booked on 23 september 2014.
Sir is there anything that can be done. Pls help
