I HAVE BOOKED THERE EUROPEAN DREAMS PACKAGE FOR 6 LAKHS AND THEY PROMISED US 11 DAYS AND 10 NIGHTS BUT THEY GAVE US A FLIGHT WHICH LANDED IN PARIS AROUND 5 AND WE REACHED OUR HOTEL AROUND 7 AND THEY SAID WE SAID 11 DAYS SO REACHED HERE AROUND 7 THIS IS INCLUDED. THEY HAD THEIR COMMISSION FIXED EVERY WHERE SO THEY MISGUIDED US AND ASKED US TO BUY TICKETS FROM PLACES WHERE THEY HAVE THEIR COMMISSION FIXED IN SWITZERLAND RHIEN FALLS AND MISLEAD US AND DIDN'T TELL US TRUTHFULLY ABOUT THE EXACTLY WHAT ALL WE DO WITH THESE TICKETS. THEY TOOK 5.88L AND I GOT A MAIL AND MESSAGE THAT I HAVE CLEARED MY BALANCE THEN SUDDENLY THEY STARTED ASKING FOR 29K MORE. AND THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE SAYS GO COMPLAIN ANYWHERE WE DON'T CARE.
