Very poor tracking information
My parcel has been dispatched from palau pinang from the 25, July 2018 and still no verification on where it is ( how can you ship something from your services Malaysian post and not know where the ship or plane is? No GPS, no contact with freight or plane once it leave dock or airport... how do they manage to stay in business??? My item RC159523835MY is nowhere, and the tracking# is worth nothing if the item cannot be track and if your workers are the ones messing with the delivery to destination country, then they should be fired and replaced with more competent workers and update your tracking to be integral with the destination country like Canada.. Everyone is losing in this matter, from the seller to you and me. Malaysian post is the main culprit since they are the ones based on the Tracking information whose holding up the item to the final destination...e commerce is the future get with the program!! no matter how long you have been established, your business will lose interest. It's now August 11th 2018 from July 25 10:54 dispactched from palau pinang B and my tracking still say the same thing. Please do something.

I have been calling to customer service ,(011 603 2727 9100) nobody seems to answer my call,
I want to know what happened to my parcel and the letter,
Please check it, and send the parcel and the letter to my sister immediately,
