Payment Opt. Subscription #S18301291

I have been using Malwarebytes Premium - Version: 3.0.6.1469, update package Version: 1.0.5757 for some years with the annual subscription charged against my Mastercard.

Recently I have received a message from Malwarebytes Online Store "We are unable to renew your subscription, Update Payment Information"
As a result of this I have provided the revised expiry date of my MasterCard being "05/21"
On 28/06/2018 I then received a mail from Cleverbridge AG. stating under the Headline "Change Payment Option For Your Subscription #S18301291 - You have successfully updated payment details for your subscription. You will receive an email with further information about your payment at the appropriate time.
Please note: To date I am still waiting for this email !. However when I start my PC now a message appears "please update payment details in order for not to be downgraded to Malwarebytes Free Version"
