Manny Sosa and his fellow thugs "dr." Charleston Carll and Adriana Tafoya are all scam artists in the finest sense of the words. Manny is an ex-con thug from L.A. wanted for millions of dollars in mortgage fraud. He is supporting his heroin habit by renting out foreclosed homes that he claims to own, but does not. He runs multiple ads on craigslist stating "move-in" specials and low deposits...he then requires a large sum of money upon moving in. Once you've moved in, he harasses and threatens you relentlessly. This is part of his scam. You see, you've already spent THOUSANDS on your first, last, and a large deposit. You've MOVED all your stuff. Now, your landlord (also your neighbor!) has become your worst nightmare. The homes LOOK nice...but NOTHING is maintained, and watch out, because Manny refuses to fix anything. If you DO attempt a repair, or ask for permission to reduce your rent, he will tell you "yes". When rent time rolls around, and his pockets are empty due to his heroin habit, he will forget everything he approved and serve you with a prompt eviction notice if you dare reduce your rent. He follows no rules or laws which govern landlord / tenant relationships. Everything he does is simply by way of threat, or intimidation. When you've had enough (and certainly you have, especially if you have a family and kids, and have noticed the late-night parties and comings and goings of his druggie friends) you will eventually pack up and leave. All the better for Mr. Sosa... he will just turn around and rent out your house to another poor schmuck, and extort more money out of them!! Be careful.. be warned! Run a title report before you rent ANYTHING in FLORIDA... especially anything from MANNY SOSA or his girlfriend CHARLESTON CARLL...!!

pay your rent ...stop lying. thats why you were evicted legally. next time we will run a credit check.
