I submitted my UIF application on the 8 March at Maponya Mall Labour department, A week ago I received an sms that my medical certificate is outstanding. Today 8 April 2016 I went back to the Labour department to enquire regarding the sms as I submitted all the required document to my surprise the consultant that was assisting me told me that my documents have not been scanned. This is quite frustrating as it is clear that someone is not doing their job correctly. Can someone please assist me urgently as I will not be taking time off at work to follow up on someone's mess. Labor relations sent me a message that my medical certificate and leave income outstanding and I submitted all documents required, babies certificates also. I'm confuse because I got another message that my application has been cancelled. This is fustrating because the amount of time I spent trying to get it right is waisted I also called them when. I received the first message and I was told not to worry, this is so unprofessional it shows that the guy who answered the call did not care and very lazy to check for me if all is in order, please help 0607415780 case no 10003571834
