Marathon....Cockleshell Dr. Estero FL 4.26.23

8:30 PM...loyalty number tried on 3 pumps.....credit card rejected,,,go inside..attendant did not speak English...knew nothing about reward card...she was rude and was sitting with friends Last time I visit there and why bother at another station.

Stood outside for a half hour. After it opened. Awaiting opening. That cashier new ever inch. The people were laughing. I'm soaking wet and have nothing I went for. What is production? Been going there over 30 years, how do I buy anything from this fake company, hiring idiots, ever again?

I WENT TO THE LOCATION AT 2810 KENTUCKY AVE ONE NIGHT AND THE CASHIER WAS VERY RUDE, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND NON COURTEOUS. EVERY TIME YOU GO UP IN THERE, THEY ALL HAVE AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM ALWAYS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL.

When I went into the marathon gas station I didn’t expect to be disrespected and treated rudely like
I was stupid. I asked the cashier for a pack of Virginia slim silver pack menthol cigarettes. She stumbled around looking for it. I pointed to the correct pack and the cashier proceeded to tell me they weren’t called silver pack. I couldn’t believe this cashier was literally ARGUING with me about the name of a pack of cigarettes which I purchase regularly. She then started to mention nationality — BLACK. This person was rude! and doesn’t need to be a cashier. She is argumentative and has a NASTY attitude. I truly suspect she was either high or drunk while on the clock. This was not good or pleasant service at all! I finally decided to not even purchase the item because of her nasty and demeaning service for something that should have been simple sale/transaction. I swear she must have been drunk or something...
Marathon needs to FIRE this person she definately is not a positive, pleasant employee. I can only imagine what else she has done... I asked for a manager and she told me she is the manager and she owned the place... wow!

This gas station at Sheridan and 25th in Hollywood Florida, does not honor the coupons on the packs. They post a sign with cost of cigarettes then charge more. It states 4.83 if you by 3 or more Pall Mall and has 50 cents off. They TRIED to charge me 6.00 a pack if I wanted to use the 50 cents off and I argued and then they charged me 4.83 a pack for the 3 I bought and wouldn't use coupon on package. Then I asked for the special they had on Newport and they wouldn't honor that either. They charged 7.07 a pack!! They are a rip off, I overhead them speaking on another occasion when I was there stating that they have to make money. I hope that Marathon gets this and investigates their practices as they are cheating customers, charging them whatever they want to, not posted prices.
