Availability of Chicken Wings
On the evening of June 9, 2021 I went into the Marcos on the corner of Volvo Pkwy and Kempsville Road in Chesapeake, VA. I ordered pizza and chicken wings. I was told by the young man that took my order and the manager on duty that they only sell wings only on the weekend. There was nothing on the menu board that indicated that wings were only sold only on the weekend. I told the manager that there was nothing that said wings were only sold only on the weekend and was told that the "practice had just started." Oh really? When? I wanted so badly to take my business elsewhere, but paid for the pizza and went elsewhere and purchased some wings. I would appreciate a response as this particular Marcos is within walking distance of my house and I am seriously considering going somewhere else to buy pizza. I think that regular customers deserve better notice than this.

Horrible customer service
I have been ordering from this Marcos Pizza since it initially opened in this location. I have never experience the negative type of customer service that I experienced today. I was
Left standing at the register without anyone asking if they could assist me and when I asked could I get my order I was completely ignored and one employee even turned his back on me and refused to even speak to me as if I was bothering him. It is really a shame to have to be subjected to this type of behavior just to get a pizza.

POOR SERVICE
I ORDERED A PIZZA ONLINE FROM THE EUCLID STORE #1091. THE ORDER WAS SUBMITTED 6 OCTOBER, 2019 AT 2:10 PM. I REQUESTED A PICKUP TIME OF 6:00 PM.
I RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FROM MARCOS (#530) MINUTES LATER, AND WAITED UNTIL 6:30 PM TO PICK UP THE PIZZA.
WHEN I ARRIVED AT 6:30 PM TO PICK UP MY [PRE-PAID] PIZZA, THE EMPLOYEES HAD NO INFORMATION NOR KNOWLEDGE OF MY ORDER.
THEY HAD TO MAKE THE PIZZA FROM SCRATCH, WHICH REQUIRED ME TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR ITS COMPLETION. AT 7:05 PM AN EMPLOYEE HANDED ME MY PIZZA, WITHOUT A THANK YOU, NO APOLOGY AND NO EXPLANATION.
THAT WILL BE THE LAST PIZZA THAT I PURCHASE FROM MARCOS, DELIVERY OR PICKUP.

Delivery
I live in Tallahassee, Fl and order from Marco's serveral times a month. Recently they have said they don't deliver to my area. When I informed them of the last delivery, they say "oh, okay" and pizza is delivered. The other day, I got a person who said they don't deliver and that they didn't care what had been done in the past. She stated that she saw where they delivered to me on August 30, 2019, but that it shouldn't have been done. I told her they have been delivering to my home since they came to the area. I was told "oh well, not tonight and not ever again". She suggested that I try uber eats for delivery or bite squad. I asked for the name of a manger or to speak with one and was told she was not at liberty to give out a managers name and that there was no manager on duty for me to speak to. If my daughter hadn't been in the bed, I would have gone out there and tried to speak with a manager. Shame on you Marco's you have lost a customer.

Rude
I order pizza every friday from marcos in lehigh. A guy by the name of Rattan believe he is a store manager are the owner he was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. He said a name i assume he called my name i took the order then when i realize that the order wasnt mines he was very rude i will not be returning back guess papa johns will be receiving my monies every friday

Nasty dining area!!!!
My boyfriend and I went to Marcos pizza located at 1855 e Main Street in spartanburg, sc about a week ago. I have since been looking for a website or number to call. When we arrived the staff was blasting music and dancing crazy in the back which is fine, have fun and all, but when we were ordering they did not turn the music down, making it hard to hear the employee. It took about 45 mins to get a small pizza (mid day snack) and while we were waiting we couldn't help but notice that there was a bunch of staff members sitting around on their cell phones and chatting. as we were noticing that, we also noticed that the floors and tables were absolutely disgusting. Napkins on the floors, crumbs and pieces of pizza on the tables, and no one was doing ANY kind of cleaning. I will not be returning to this place. Looks to me as if they were overstuffed with a bunch of lazy grungey looking high school kids. Sad... Cuz the pizza was actually half decent. Makes me wonder how the kitchen looks though.... Not returning. I suggest the owner should consider who he/she hires very carefully....

nasty customer service from a manager
I referred to you guys so this was my 1st time placing an order and after placing my order I asked the MANAGER whom name was Aaron or Erin at the 10th street location, Indianapolis indiana could I request for my pizzas to be thin crust and he got a attitude and said it was too late and I would have to request it ahead of time!!!!!! how and the hell am I suppose to know that, I asked him. so I asked him could he just cancel my card and again he got an attitude and said it would take a week to credit my card back. sooooo I requested to speak to an manager and he stated....I AM THE MANAGER AND IM TELLING YOU ITS TOO LATE TO EDIT YOUR ORDER!!!!!! LONG STORY SHORT YOUR EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE FUCKING SUCK ESPECIALLY COMING FROM A MANAGER!!!!! I CAN BE REACHED AT 317-397-5331

Excellent Pizza - this time perfect!
This is the first absolutely perfect pizza I've had from Marcos. However, I do have a concern & would like the manager to call me 731-616-3104 (I don't want to put this on-line)

New management crap pizza
My boyfriend and I always ordered pizza from Marcos on Lake Mead in Las Vegas. The pizza was always fantastic; great crust, plenty of quality toppings and nice delivery people. We (including our 12 yr old autistic son) always looked forward to splurging one to two times a month for this pizza. They would get X-Large pepperoni extra cheese and I the Award winning White pizza (white sauce, bacon, onions, feta cheese). On 3/14/12 we ordered our standard order around 4:30pm. It came quick enough. The problem being it was like we had ordered from a second rate pizza place...the crust on the pizza was paper then. The toppings were sparse and I caouldnt even find any white sauce on my pizza it looked like sparse cheese melted on a paper thin floppy crust. We called the store to complain the "person" that was there said he didnt know what happened even though yes he was the one to make the pizzas. He said he was only one there and really busy after varifying our phone number he promised to call back. that was at 5:30 pm...I caleed again at 6pm...He was stiull busy and "swore" he would call back soon...at 8pm I finally called back and got a supervisor. He didnt seem to care when I told how long we had waited to have the problem rectified just that he would send out new pizza. My boyfriend said he would go instead and pick them up as we live right around the croner from them. He returned with new pizzas that were exactly like the first two. According to my boyfriend the "manager" told him they were under new management. So... I am here to tell whoever reads this. The Marcos Pizza on Lake Mead now has some of the worst...chain type...nasty pizza you could expect to pay 9.99 for...though Marcos charges premium prices. In my oppinion if you are in the mood for good pizza. Dont go there because the once fantastic gourmet pizza is now...well...I am too much of a lady to say.

New management crap pizza
Why do you feel it is necessary to label your son "Autistic"? It had nothing to do with the complaint yet you mentioned it. Does this get you more sympathy? Poor kid - as long as you single him out like that, he will always be thought of as "The autistic kid" rather than "The artistic, joyful, pleasant etc. kid.
