The resident of 326 Bainbridge Street Brevoort Houses development, every night there is someone on the fifth floor who is smoking Marjuanna from one of the apartment. The smell is going into the other apartments on the fifth floor. There was a new regulation in effective July 30, 2018 for smoke free building, There are seniors and small children who live in the building and should not have to inhale second hand smoke. Something needs to be done for the residents.
