Traveled Jun 17-Jun19 2018. Book through Travelocity, Air, Car and Hotel. We are Marriott Hotel Rewards Members. This has been the worst stay in 25 years. Hotel is sub-standard to be under the Marriott Brand. I understand sometimes there are upgrades that need to be done, and it takes time. For the most part the hey need to close down and renovate the facilities. They keep the pricing affordable to be attractive to families. Breakfast offered, however, the juice machine had out of service sign. I understand the nice staff members who work to earn a honest living for their families. The GM should not be able to represent the hotel. I understand people have to stay where they can afford, however, we will never stay here again, if they offered the rooms for free.

We visit the Oschner Medical Center from Charlotte every 3 months and will never stay in this Fairfield Inn & Suites, and if you are reading this think twice. This place is a dump!
