Martin Adeo Gondra is a thief, liar, fraud and scammer.
How do I know it? Because I used to work for him, observed his “business” and behavior from inside and was finally not paid for the time that I worked for him!
He moves from state to state (now he is in Huston, Texas) scamming his customers and employees, stealing their money in false advertising and non-payments of wages.
He hires young, attractive, aggressive sales women, but inexperienced in life so that he could easily trick them into working for him selling advertising. Martin Gondra treats his sales staff (women only) like slaves (otherwise how would you call a person who works hard and does not get paid?) and sex objects (he makes the wear sexy clothes and "be pretty" for sales meetings with prospective customers to have the unsuspecting but lured customers to pay him money)...
Martin Gondra left a trail in the US, moving from state to state, scamming, lying and stealing money from hundreds of people. For instance – it is very common that he writes fraudulent (unsupported by actual money on the account) checks to “pay” his employees (which is criminal activity in the first place) – and then weasels out of the deal by lying through his nose and using ANY possible reason to not pay at all. This causes the victim employee to suffer many financial hurdles – and all because of this criminal who does not want to pay for the services that former employees provided for him.
I am surprised that there are not MORE complaints on the Internet (but there are quite a few!) about Martin Gondra’s thievery – he fooled and defrauded so many people and businesses! I know that a lot of former employees are still trying to collect their unpaid checks dealing with him directly – but it’s a waste of time and energy – he will not pay a cent! He hires desperate people, who are looking for a job – and in return for their good work – Martin Gondra steals from them! I am also a victim of Martin Gondra’s fraud – he owes me money in the same manner that he owes thousands of dollars to many of his former employees.
Simply try to Google "martin gondra scam luxzio" - and you will find a mass of people complaining about his unfair business practices and fraudulent behavior.
I am amazed that he is still allowed to pull his scams in so many states and not being punished. The reason that he moves is that eventually the community starts putting so much pressure on his criminal behavior that he is forced to move. Truly - there are hundreds of people out there that this scam artist defrauded and stole the money from, just read the posts and articles on Complaint Boards all over Internet!
Do not do business with this Martin Adeo Gondra - he will steal your money! Do not get fooled by this crook - he is a true scam artist who has many tricks up his sleeve!
Do not work or get "hired" by this man - you will be very sorry you ever knew his name or got involved!
I hope authorities will catch up with this criminal and do the fair thing - put him in jail where he belongs! I am surprised that it was not done already and he is still free to defraud employees and customers!
