Dear Sir,


This time not given to me solution of my issue and very much unsatisfied with it.

But I would like to remind you that I had already raised the same problem regarding rusting in February month and at that time my car was also in warranty period.and as per attached photograph this rusting is not aries within 6 to 7 months and my car warranty is available before 6 to 7 months.

But at that time no one in your showroom showing of any interest and didn’t gave satisfactory solution to me.

now I fail to understand that which car starts rusting only in 2 years?

I assume its happen due to The quality of the metal used in car is of low grade or not proper observation at the time when i give my car in periodically service.(every free and paid service as per your stipulated time i give in kataria showroom ,daman only ) hence the rust has started forming within 2 years. So definitely this is a manufacturing or servicing problem.(Image attached for your ready reference)

I complaint about my issue to top to bottom but no one was listen.

Also before two to three days ago I had fitted winder at driver side door and it’s not working after in next day.

Also I had facing issue of fault in speaker and this fault is arrived due to rusting problem as confirmed by technical person of your service centre.

My experience with Maruti is pathetic and in near future in my life I will not repeat this mistake to buy maruti Suzuki car and never ever suggest to buy this car in life because of pathetic response from maruti service center.

also when i put my car for two days for issue and next day i was waiting for 4 Hrs for response at your showroom but no one give me any reply.

Hope I will get positive response from your side as earliest as possible.

Prompt response will be appreciated.

Also if nothing works, then I am going to plan to raise complain in consumer forum regarding this and I am sure that they will listen my issue and give me positive response and help me to sort out the issue.
