Negative charges since 2016

Hello Everyone
See the below mail which I was contacted Mashreq Bank till now they send continuesly negative charges consolidated relationship statements

Good Evening.
Dear Mashreq Bank

With reference to below mail I have been transferred AED 42, (in my previous Mashreq Bank account for closing purpose) which I was closed in 2016, However I humbly request to Mashreq Bank organization to close my account as soon as possible to avoid negative charges on my previous account.
Kindly send me the confirmation letter or mail once my account is closed.

We have tried closing your Mashreq account however due to a transaction, we are unable to close the account.

Below reference to mail Mashreq bank contact me within two working days till now no body contact me i call custmoer care they also failure to provide details with regards

closing my account i assure that i personally visited Mashreq bank before i quit UAE the bank employee ensure that your account will be close within 2 to 5 working days

and nobody given information if my account not being close due to some technical reasons my account goes to Dormant and i must pay monthly 25 Dirhams charges.

I humbly requested to mashreq bank to stop Dormant charges since 2016 nither i use Mashreq bank nor my salary transaction in mashreq bank i hnence in these aspects

kindly take necessary action and look into this matter.

if my account not able to close properly that's not my problem this is the bank employee problem

kindly resolve this issue i don't want recieve anu kind of mails from Mashreq Bank.

Wire Transfer / Uncleared funds into fiduciary account since 3de September 2019

We made a wire transfer for lease/storage on the 3rd September 2019 from US Bank account to our Supplier`s fiduciary account held at Mashreq Bank UAE. Funds have not been received for a long period of time, where we had no other choice but the lodge official complaint to DFS to investigate the matter. After the formal complaint to the Department of Financial Services in the US, they had Mashreq bank New York confirm transfer have been completed and funds credited to the Suppliers fiduciary account held at Mashreq Bank UAE on the 5th September 2019. However 68 Days have since passed and still our Supplier claim they have not received the funds in their fiduciary account held at Mashreq Bank UAE. After multiple attempts we are not able to get any response from Mashreq Bank UAE (Head Office) to assist/resolve or open Bank to Bank communication to address the matter. This payment is holding up a large transaction and suffering financial and reputational losses daily. We ask Mashreq Bank UAE (Head Office) to assist us for we have exhausted all efforts.

MISSELING

ONE SALES MAN AGENT HIS NAME MOHAMMED AMER VISITED ME AND OFFERED CREDIT CARD AND INFORMED ME THAT IT IS WITHOUT ANY ANNUAL FEES AND COLLECTED ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND SIGNED CHIQUE .. AFTER TWO DAYS I RECEIVED ONE CALL FROM THE BANK TO CHECK MY DATA AND INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS ANNUAL FEES 750 SO, I TOLD THEM IN THIS CASE PLEASE CANCEL MY APPLICATION AND RETURN MY DOCUMENTS .. TILL DATE I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY THING AND MOREOVER, MR. MOHAMMED AMER NOT ANSWERING TO MY CALLS

Credit Card

Hi,
I was using a Smart Saver Credit Card from Mashreq Bank since 2013. On April 2017 I lost my job and had to return to India. But I paid my dues without any default since November 2017. From beginning of 2018, I start to send several mails to Mashreq Bank for a full & final settlement amount to settle the outstanding. I received a letter from Mashreq Bank in July 2018 regarding the full and final settlement amount of AED 15,000 against an outstanding amount of AED 17,794.44 (Mashreq Bank Settlement Letter Ref # 012495297). I deposited AED 15,000 as per the settlement letter and now an outstanding statement has been sent to me by Mashreq Bank for an amount of AED 483.06
I send several mails to Mashreq Bank (Mr. Majid Razzaq) regarding the above and no response was received from them.
Please help me to sort this

Unable to close account

Hi. I am very upset with the customer service. I have a current account with Mashreq which I want to close with immediate effect but they are unable to help me. I have left UAE permanently and I cannot come to Dubai specially to close a account. Also I am worried that if I don’t close the account I will be charged monthly fee for not maintaining any balance. Legally I don’t have any residency status in UAE and I feel helpless. I am requesting the management to help me in this situation to close the account. I am learning that your bank may be a scam, to eliminate my doubt and help me , please contact me asap.

I had contacted your office around November 2013 as I have won 3000 AED. I was under the impression that the money would be invested back into certificates (Mashreq Millionaire) and I contacted specifically to inquire about it.

I request you to please reply and confirm the money AED3000 to be allocated to me and the process of withdrawing it?

Getting Statements on Closed Accounts

I Have closed ALL my accounts at Mashreq Bank and obtained Bank's CLEARANCE Certificate a year ago, but I keep on receiving monthly statements despite my regular monthly reminder / complaint e-mails to Mashreq Bank outlets and the concerned employee to correct the system and STOP bothering me.

Auto Loan Delayed Process

Respected Concerned Authorities,

I am Ex-employee of Mashreq Bank Direct Sales Team (Auto-Loan) Hor Lanz branch Dubai. During my services I took an employee Auto-loan worth of AED 20,000/. Due to some personal reason I tender my resignation on 9th October 2013. Then I tried to convert my employee loan into commercial loan. Mr. Sheikh Feeroz (CIC Department Mashreq Doz Branch) advised me to forward my loan conversion document to Mr. Farhan. (R.O) Auto-Team Hor-Lanz Branch Dubai. From 8th of November 2013 I have forwarded my complete documents along with HSBC job offer letter to R.O Mr. Farhan Sheikh. After my strong follow-up, He reverted me on 24th November 2013 that Mr. Suddish National Sales Manager Auto-Team sent him E-mail that Farhan is not authorized to apply loan conversion file.

Then , I went to (CCRD) Department Mashreq Bank & I meet with Mr. Jhon. He told me that Bilal I can transfer your loan into 6 equal installment without any interest. The EMI was not convenient with me which was 2700/- Dhs. per month. I asked him to convert my loan into commercial loan. I have no problem with the interest. Then Jhon told me to go to Al-Gurrair Branch Mashreq Bank. I went to Gurrair Branch & I have forwarded my loan conversion documents to Mr. Majid.

From 25th November to till today I am waiting my loan LPO from Mr. Majid side. Almost alternative day I visit the branch & asked from Mr. Majid regarding my loan LPO. He is not giving any positive answer. Only he is saying that your file is in process.

From 9th of October 2013 to till to-date , I am staying in this country without job. Even TBMS settled my final settlement dues in my Auto-Loan. I didn't get anything in terms of Final settlement from TBMS. I have got a job offer letter from HSBC bank. Untill my loan will not settled I am not in condition to cancel my visa. Couple of time I have contacted with Mashreq call center they were telling me you are Ex-employee. That's why We don't have any access of your account. Please do the needful in order to generate my Auto loan conversion LPO which is pending from 8th October 2013. During my services with Mashreq Bank my Employee Id was - 25229,
